…I am only human
These last few weeks have been super busy, (which I love by the way,) but it has meant that my own training has taken a bit of a back burner.
The best part of what I do is helping people to achieve things they thought they couldn’t, helping them to feel good in their skin, loving what they see in the mirror, its an awesome feeling to know you have been a part of something that big.
Unfortunately I had kind of forgotten about making myself feel that way, so this week I have actually diarised my own sessions, and am getting back on track!
I feel really good just knowing that I have the days and times in my diary, and had my first session on Friday, and love the fact I can feel my legs have worked hard.
We are all only human, even though I spend every day in the gym, it can be hard to find time for myself, this is why diarising your workouts is so important. Once its down in black and white, you have committed and it WILL happen.
We all make excuses, (even me), we all have bad weeks, (yep even me), but the main thing is we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and make the time to get back to it.
No one is perfect, but I can sure as hell promise you that I can make you feel a million dollars if you diarise an initial consultation, and take that first step to putting in the hard work.
You don’t have to do it alone, you don’t have to plan a single thing, leave it to me and the rest will be history….
