Group exercise is what brought me into the fitness industry.
I love the atmosphere and enthusiasm that the participants bring. Group exercise is a great way to get fit, whether you are new to fitness or have been involved for years, meeting new people and ever changing routines, you will never get bored.

I am qualified in aerobics, legs bums and tums, body conditioning, kettlebells, Les Mills Bodypump, Les Mills Grit Series, circuits, and studio cycling. As a Les Mills instructor, I am trained to teach Bodypump and the grit series currently, the Les Mills programs are of the highest standard and a fantastic range of classes to be involved in.
