Excel Fitness offers personal training programs to meet your goals, I am based at one of Tone Leisures establishments, Wellington sports centre, but can travel to surrounding areas or workplaces as needed. I offer Personal training as a 1:1 but group sessions are available upon enquiry.  Once you have decided on your fitness goal, a program will be designed to help you to achieve this, with motivation, and 24 hour support you can be sure that you will not feel alone on your fitness journey.   Weekly emails will be sent with advice and feedback, and any news or articles that may be relevant to your goal.  Diet analysis and nutritional support is given weekly and also available at any time needed.
