I’m 50 yrs old and have never done any kind of exercise before, running around after the family was always enough! I have been attending Personal Training sessions with Kelly for 5 weeks now and I have lost in total 14.6 inches already from various places around my body and over ½ stone in weight! Kelly has not only inspired me to exercise but she has helped me with a healthy options food plan; she has helped me to realise that I can achieve my goals. She is fun, humorous and kind during PT sessions and she is always encouraging me to do my best and to try as hard as I can. She never makes me feel that I have failed if I cannot do an exercise for as long as she has asked but she is motivating and helps you get through that barrier or happily adapts tasks as necessary! At age 47 I felt that in the past I could not do PT as I was too old and could not do the things younger people could do but I have not felt that at all with Kelly and she has tailor made routines that suit my needs and they work! Going to the gym before was boring but with different workouts given by Kelly each week has made me really look forward to trying them out and I have often gone more often than I would have done before.
